Hey there, I’m Arielle! Fellow millennial woman who’s also a deep feeler, soul searcher, and dream chaser. I’m a licensed therapist in Oregon and have been working as a provider for over a decade. I help other women learn how to navigate emotional challenges that many of us experience in today’s society.

Through this adventure, I’ve worked with leading experts, communities, and healers around the world discovering how to work through everyday barriers and live a more peaceful and authentic life. This work has shown me how to how to identify our internal roadblocks, quiet the noise around us, and tune in to the wise mind within.

I provide individual therapy for adults 18 years and older.

Everyone’s circumstances are unique, and the length of time counseling can take to allow you to accomplish your goals depends on your desire for personal development, your commitment, and the factors that are driving you to seek counseling in the first place.

Some folks are looking for very specific therapeutic tools, interventions, or processing and their goals may be met in a few months. Others may be looking for a long-term personal development and transformation that may take longer. This process is about meeting your needs and working toward your version of success.

We will work together to find the length of time that works for you.

I’d encourage you to read through my website and get a feel for who I am as a provider. If you sense that we are a good fit, you can schedule a consultation. In this appointment, we’ll discuss your recent challenges, therapeutic interests, and goals. I will share my approach and answer any additional questions that are specific to you.

By the end of the consultation, we will know if we’d like to move forward together. If at any point we determine that it’s not the right fit, I will be happy to assist you in finding services to best fit your needs. What’s most important to me is that you find someone who you feel is the right fit for you.

Sometimes our internal work can feel overwhelming, or even terrifying. That’s okay, you’re normal! It can often be hard at the beginning to know what to discuss or where this journey will guide you.

In our work together, I will help you explore some of these deeper questions and get clarity on what our focus will be. There may be things along the way that you aren’t ready to process, and that’s completely okay. It’s my job to listen to your needs and be a respectful, kind, and caring partner to you along the way. As we get to know each other, you can share what feels appropriate for you. 

A free 15-minute consultation call to determine if we are a good fit. Finding a therapist who “speaks your language” and who can meet you where you are is the key to having a productive therapeutic journey.
