Hey there, I’m Arielle! Fellow multi-tasker, deep feeler, and dream chaser. I’m a licensed therapist in Oregon and have been working as a provider for over a decade.

I help hard-working and ambitious women learn how to navigate the many pressures of trying to “balance it all” without falling into the pits of total burnout (or just throwing in the towel). Women who are tired of over-functioning, people pleasing, bearing the mental load, and constantly worrying if they are doing enough. Women who are smart, brave, and committed but who may not have been taught how to both create AND sustain a full life that they love.

Everyone’s circumstances are unique, so the length of counseling can vary. The pace will depend on your own goals for personal development, commitment, and action, and the outside factors that might be driving you to counseling in the first place.

You might be looking for very specific support tools, interventions, or action steps that can be accomplished in a few months. Or you might be looking for long-term personal development and lifestyle changes that may take longer. This process is about meeting your needs and working toward your version of success.

I’d encourage you to read through my website and get a feel for who I am as a provider. If you sense that we are a good fit, you can schedule a consultation. In this appointment, we’ll discuss your recent challenges, therapeutic interests, and goals. I will share my approach and answer any additional questions that are specific to you.

By the end of the consultation, we will know if we’d like to move forward together. If at any point we determine that it’s not the right fit, I will be happy to assist you in finding services to best fit your needs. What’s most important to me is that you find someone who you feel is the right fit for you.
